- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled completely (or 2 shots espresso + ¼ cup water)
- ½ cup whole milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
- 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup (or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract + 1 tablespoon sugar)
- 1½ cups ice cubes
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Caramel sauce, for drizzling on top
- Pinch of sea salt (optional, for salted caramel version)
Instructions
- Prepare your glass: Take your serving glass and drizzle caramel sauce around the inside walls in a decorative spiral pattern. Set aside.
- Add liquid ingredients: Pour the cooled coffee, milk, 2 tablespoons caramel sauce, and vanilla syrup into your blender.
- Add ice: Add the ice cubes to the blender on top of the liquid ingredients.
- Blend until smooth: Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and has a thick, slushy consistency. If it’s too thick, add a splash more milk. If too thin, add a few more ice cubes and blend again.
- Check consistency and taste: The frappuccino should be thick enough to hold its shape but still drinkable through a straw. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more caramel or vanilla syrup.
- Pour and serve: Carefully pour the blended frappuccino into your prepared caramel-drizzled glass.
- Add toppings: Top generously with whipped cream and drizzle additional caramel sauce over the top in a crosshatch or spiral pattern.

Notes
- Coffee tip: For the strongest coffee flavor, use espresso or cold brew concentrate. Regular brewed coffee works but make it double-strength.
- Make it decaf: Simply use decaffeinated coffee for all the flavor without the caffeine.
- Dairy-free option: Substitute oat milk or coconut milk and use coconut whipped cream.
- Sugar-free version: Use sugar-free caramel sauce and sugar-free vanilla syrup.
- Extra thick: Reduce milk to ¼ cup or add an extra ½ cup of ice.
